i had to reread this question 15 times to make sure this is actually what you were asking me, but yep you are.

i’m going to take a wild guess and say that you’re a part of a large fandom of a group everyone sees as successful. so you’re either a bts stan or an exo stan, but not many exo stans follow me so i think i can put two and two together.

but regardless of that, did you know that both of those groups were considered “flops” at one point? exo was deemed sm’s “failure” until wolf and things turned drastically around for them.

bts was also considered a failure, taking almost 2 years for their first win and slowly rising to the top from a small company.

were you a stan back then? probably not.

have you ever experienced what it’s like to see a group you love so much continue to get shoved aside because assholes like you deem them “failures” and won’t even give them a shot? probably not.

have you ever experienced the pride and joy of your group getting that first win or seeing them chart on melon for the first time? probably not.

there is nothing that pisses me off more than people turning their nose up at groups because hey don’t break as many records or have the largest fandom or whatever the other reason you all deem to be “successful”.

EVERY SINGLE KPOP GROUP DESERVES LOVE AND RESPECT.

these kids sacrifice having a normal life and miss out on so much because they made the decision to follow their dreams. every idol busts their ass to debut.

they didn’t work this hard to have nasties like you disrespect them just because they don’t have the fandom power to break whatever record you’re trying to break this week.
